1. How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
We DO NOT charge our customers shipping and handling as we incur this expense internally to simplify complicated shipping charge calculations.
2. How much do you charge for sales tax?
We DO NOT charge our customers sales tax as our business is based in New Jersey. NJ State does not charge sales tax for sportswear & apparel.
3. What carriers do you use for shipping?
We use FedEx and DHL to make sure your orders are securely delivered on time. We will also provide you with Shipment Tracking Numbers so you can track your orders at your convenience.
4. How are your products manufactured?
To produce the best possible quality products, our jerseys are hand-made by our experienced sports tailors. Our products are made with tackle twill (embroidered) to withstand machine wash and machine dry. Tackle twill jerseys are far more durable than printed jerseys that easily deteriorate when machine washed and dried.
5. How long does it take for an order to finish and delivered?
Although you may be able to receive your orders in 2 to 3 weeks, we highly recommend that you submit your orders at least 4 weeks in advance. Since our products are hand-made, we take the time necessary to make sure our products are of the highest quality. Jersey manufacturing process may take 1-3 weeks. Shipping should be in 3-5 business days depending on your delivery location.
6. What is your return/refund policy?
If you want to return your order, we require that we receive the returned items at least 2 weeks from the factory shipment date. Due to the very specialized and customized nature team jerseys, we can only refund 50% of the returned item's MSRP. Any promotions or discounts applied to the returned order will be debited from the refund sent.
